hola, estoy configurando mi impresión lo quiero 4x6 y siempre vuelve a 8.5 x 11 ya intente todo pero se va automáticamente a 8x 11

   The software doesn't control your printer, if the printer
   is set up for 8.5 X 11 - it doesn't matter what you set
   in the software tp 4X6 because your printer is going to
   print 8.5 x 11 because that is what IT is set to do.

   Set up your PRINTER for 4 X6 and then the software will print 4 X 6
