I read it until some time ago and now it doesn't work for me We bought the software some time ago and I have it on three computers and I have more updated it doesn't work. <p>You need to send a Request Support form<br>
that will have all the information we need to help.</p>
<p>You can either go to the 'About tab and hit "Request Support" or from the main screen in Sparkbooth (where you do photo sessions) Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + 9 keys all at the same time to open a window for the Support form<br>
Type your message (i.e. freezing) and hit OK/Send</p>
<p>This will provide us with information on what could be causing this issue.</p></div>Rob (ZCZ)
