This will have all the information we need to help.</p>
<p>You can either go to the 'About tab and hit "Request Support" or from the main screen in Sparkbooth (where you do photo sessions) Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + 9 keys all at the same time to open a window for the Support form<br>
Type your message (i.e. freezing) and hit OK/Send</p>
<p>My first guess would be that your laptop is way underpowered to run Sparkbooth, if that's not it, then I would assume that something is seriously wrong with it. Windows updates should never take more than 10 minutes to install.</p></div>Rob (ZCZ)
