You need to send a Request Support form. This will have all the information we need to help.
You can either go to the 'About tab and hit "Request Support" or from the main screen in Sparkbooth (where you do photo sessions) Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + 9 keys all at the same time to open a window for the Support form
Type your message (i.e. freezing) and hit OK/Send
My first guess would be that your laptop is way underpowered to run Sparkbooth, if that's not it, then I would assume that something is seriously wrong with it. Windows updates should never take more than 10 minutes to install.
