Did you install the Logitech Capture software? If so, you need to uninstall
it, it is not compatible with Sparkbooth. See
http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/troubleshooting/resolving-sparkboothexe-has-encountered-a-problem Are you on Windows 10 and downloaded the recent Windows update? Some
computer with the latest update causes compatibility issues. You can try
running Sparkbooth in Windows 7 compatibility mode by right-clicking on the
Sparkbooth icon, select Properties and the Compatibility tab, and enable
Windows 7 compatibility.
