    Hi,

Print queueing is not handled by the software. Both Windows and Mac OSes
    have their own printer queues.

The only photo layouts available are listed in the Photo Layout settings.
You can customize any of those layouts with a background and/or overlay
    image.

hello. lately i have been having problems using your product. i have had 2 gigs where i was not able to deliver good quality product.
my first concern is the lighting. i used 3 T5 bulbs as my source of light. the light box is covered with a thin pc of plexiglass. the picture coming out seems to come out dark. but if i print it from file. it seems brighter.

another concern i have is that the video lags in real time.

i wish you can help me out. i have lost some prospective customers who were unsatisfied with the result.

If you are getting a video lag, then the your computer might be a
little under powered for the current settings. Go into the camera
settings, and turn down the video size.

The printer queue is a function of how fast your printer prints, so
you may want to look into a faster printer. See this for some
    discussions on recommended printers
