Activación de licencia

Hola en un correo donde pedi reactuvar mi programa me dice que no me quedan activaciones para usar. Yo solo tengo en uso en mi computadora y las veces que lo reactive es porque me pedia activarlo nuevamente.
Por favot¿r que debo hacer para tener disponibles las 2 activaciones que no estoy usando
