License Error

Buenas tardes, he realizado la compra de una licencia pero al momento de hacer el pago, me apareció un error (imagen adjuntada 1)
Envíe un e-mail pero no he recibido respuesta, me urge un poco.
Dejo una captura donde paypal me descontó el dinero de la compra (imagen adjuntada 2)
El correo utilizado en la compra es [email blocked]

Good afternoon, I have purchased a license but when making the payment, an error appeared (attached image 1)
I sent an e-mail but I have not received an answer, Its a bit urgent.
I leave a capture where paypal deducted the money from the purchase (attached image 2)

    I do not see any license registered to your email
    [email blocked]

    It appears that there was an internet error when
    you were making your purchase and it did not complete.
    You can try again and it the first transaction does complete,
    you will be issued a refund for that issue.

    Thanks for answering.

    What I do not understand is because paypal made the payment as if it had been completed when it gave me the error when making the purchase on its website.

    If I have already closed the browser window, what can I do?

    You can open PayPal and make a NEW purchase.
    If the first transaction did complete, you will be issued
    a refund for that issue when it shows a second purchase at Sparkbooth.

    I do not see any completed payment on PayPal either

    I looked into your purchase attempt, and it looks like your bank declined
    the transaction. If you are outside the United States, you will need to use
    an international credit card
