can I use a touch screen as an operating screen and a second screen as a preview

   No... I am not sure what you are trying to create....

   The MAIN screen is your operating and Preview screen
   For what reason would you want/require a second screen?

   The guest user only sees one screen when they are using the booth
   so I can not understand why you are wanting a second screen.

   Please explain more of what you are trying to do.

   The second screen is only to show guests standing around the machine to look on to the picture. So not for the people in the picture but those standing around. For spectators.

   I use 2 monitors and both show the same screen...
   This way the "spectators" can see what the Users are doing
