Having trouble setting up my Twilio Account to text mobile numbers
I'm using the sparkbooth tutorial for texting and I can't get the system to text to the number. When I test it says "Testing Failed". Requires messaging capable telephone number". Please advise

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I would start by checking to make sure everything was inserted correctly
I would also check the Twilio www.status.twilio.com page
they have been having Uploading issues... see attached

The error you are getting means you need to purchase a telephone number
from them
