Ativação Sparkbooth DSLR
Hello good Morning!
My program suddenly stopped working asking to activate it.
Now it just shows me an error message saying I'm not connected.
My connection is working fine.
How should I go about resolving this issue?
I have a license for Sparkbooth Windows DSLR 4.3
I'm waiting for a return.

We don't see a license under [email blocked] when you bought the license what email did you use.

You need to start Sparkbooth while the computer is online. If your computer
is online, you may need to update the operating system to understand the
new security certificate format. See
http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/troubleshooting/no-internet-connection
Especially, run through all the Windows updates and install Internet

Can you explain why the registered email
is not the same as the email you are using here?

the registered email is [email blocked]
