Problema de configuración

Dear Sir or Madam,

Since 2016 we own a license for Sparkbooth 4.
Till today we made 2 out of the 3 updates we were granted when we bought your software.

These days we are experiencing troubles trying to get our third updates.
You'll find enclosed to this e-mail the proof of purchase of our license and in an other image the problem we are facing.

We hope you wil bring a solution as soon as possible

    No conseguía hacerlo funcionar y lo lleva al técnico de ordenadores felix Garcia muela, y me ha dicho que me tenia que poner yo en contacto directamente con vosotros

    By the way I would like also to bring to your attention that aprox. one year ago the green color began to be not supported on our pictures with Sparkbooth and replaced by strange city background. (See picture)

    Moreover the preview of the public before shooting the picture isn't anymore available, we only got the countdown and a black screen before it which is quite annoying for the public.

    I would be extremely thankful to you to resolve those issues, the most urgent being the license one as to be able to use the program on Friday for an event I've been called for.

    Sounds like you enabled green screen under camera settings (press
    ctrl-3 to display). Turn off green screen if do not need it
