Old License getting error

We use Spark Booth at Junior Achievement in BizTown. We have had the software for years. We now get the error. The computer cannot connect to the internet as we do not want little kids by accident to go online...

    As the message states: You must validate your license

    This can be done PRIOR to going to the event,
    No, you do not need to be on line to use the software
    But you need to periodically go on line when you first open
    the software so that the software license can be checked by
    our server to make sure no one else has your license
    information (Hacked) This is for YOUR Security

    NOTE: If you do not validate your license before
    the count down ends, your software will open
    the next time in TRAIL Mode... with no license.

    We provide 10 attempts to Validate your license,
    and if it is ignored 10 time... your license becomes deactivate.

    Again, this is for your security to make sure your license has not been stolen.

    YES... not all the time... just periodically
    When you open the software, it will attempt to connect
    to the Sparkbooth server to check the license, but if you
    Never go on line when opening the software...
    after a while when the software can not connect, it will go into
    Count Down showing a pop-up message (as you have seen
    7 times so far) warning you to Validate your license.
    If you completely ignore it and it reaches 0 you will not
    be able to use the software.

    It is likely your computer needs to be updated to handle the new security
    certificate type. So run through all the Windows updates until there are
    none and install Internet Explorer 11

    There are no more windows updates. It is an XP machine

    I cannot upgrade to EI 11 as it needs windows 7 and I have XP

    XP is way too old to run the software...
    There is no license registered to your email [email blocked]
    so I can not check what version you even have.

    I need the email you used to register your license

    It was registered to a yahoo account we had. We decided to just purchase a new license and retire the old computer. Thank you for all your help
