Hi,
One of my colleagues has created an acoount for our company with a user name: [email blocked] and it seems that that account should have 1 activation out o3 remaining, but it doesnt work: Our licence key is:sp4-ad6c412e-de1a-4c09-9423-b407e27e154a
How to proceed?

Who is Margus Leppsalu ?
What is his company web site?
Are you friends with your own photo booth companies
using the Sparkbooth software?
What are both of your web sites address?

Hi,
Margus Leppsalu is my employee, whos account is connected to sparkbooth account. We were trying to activate it today, but didnt succeed. Feedback from your „fogotten licence“ section was that we still have one activation left but SW just gave us an error that licence might be ivalid or we’re using it for a wrong product.

OK... your license has 1 Activation available
The error you received error that licence might be ivalid or we’re using it for a wrong product. was due to you have a Version 4.0 license and you downloaded the current version (7.0) - your license key will only Unlock/Install the 4.0 version
You need to download the older 4.0 version here

That is on the Download page in the lower (scroll down)
You need to download the 4.3 for your type OS (Windows or Mac)

Will it be compatible with win10? Its said that winXP or later, but my colleagues recall having problems with that earlier.

Your license is very old and the current version is 7.0
It is possible that your version may not work with Win10
and older version are no longer updated - only the current version.
If your computer(s) are having issues with the software
using 4.3, you will need to Upgrade to the current version.

Your key is for version 4 your trying to open version 7 which it will not work download version 4 at this link

Sparkbooth 4.3 runs fine for me on Windows 10. Some of the social media
sharing features no longer work due changes to those services. So if you
need to share photos, I would recommend updating to version 7
