Camera not connecting
Please help we are at an event and did an update and not the camera isnt connecting

Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
screen?

WOW... please explain what you mean by that reply...
Did you assume that when you have an issue/problem
that Support would be INSTANT and fix your problems
that had nothing to do with the software and your computer
doesn't even meet the system requirements to run the software.
I suggest you try other software and see how fast you get Support
and when 1-2 days pass blame them for your own problem
of using improper hardware to run their software.
