I have not used my Photo Booth for a year and now hooking it up. For some reason Sparkbooth is not seeing the web C922x even tho this is what I have used in the past....exact same camera /computer etc.

    What version of the Sparkbooth software are you using?
    You can check that in Settings > About at the top.

    Could be a Windows Update made changes that effected your system and you may need to Check for any Sparkbooth Updates... on the same Settings > About page "Check for Updates"

    Apple made a bunch of changes to MacOS 11 (Big Sur) that broke webcam
    access. Try downloading and run version 7

    it is big sur 11.2 A update is availabe to 11.3 Also the camera shows up under FaceTime in the MacBook pro , just not in Sparkbooth. Sparkbooth says “no webcam available"

    You can also downgrade your MacOS to 10.15 or lower. Sparkbooth 6.1 works
    on that older version of the operating system

    Will it cost us to upgrade? And, will it for sure fix the camera problem?
    Also, we have two computers running the program…both 6.1 right now and if we upgrade one to 7 are we able to go back and forth…we use the one for a back up.

    We purchased and activated the 7, rebooted computer but we still show 6. We even received an email that we have 2 of 3 remaining. What are we doing wrong?!!

    hmmm…it looks like it came through….but now it says trial even tho we purchased…I’m a little confused but it is on there now in trial form. Does it charge you first and then you have 30 day trial. Sorry so many questions, we just have had so many issues...

    Ok, we did that and now 7 works on one computer with webcam! but on the computer i was building a layout it says my 6 (calls it a trial) is no longer active. It asks to use key, so we used old key for 6 and it says has been upgraded and have to use new key. But we want to use new key for 7 on this computer. The other computer still has 6 and the new 7, (even though we used two attempts and used two keys to get it) How can I get my 6 back and not use my new key i just bought for a 7? sorry

    Hi John,
    Thank you for your help last week.
    I do apologize, I am totally not computer savvy which is why we chose Sparkbooth a couple years ago for our Photo Booth because it looked like we could trouble shoot most of it and then your customer service.
    Also, we have been shut down for over a year and now just getting up and running with all the mandates.
    SOOOO…we did purchase the Sparkbooth 7. We installed it on two of our computers. I have a few things going on that i need direction on.
    1. When we installed it on our first computer, (with the key), when we went to open it, it said it was a trial. So, we put in our key again and it worked. BUT, an email came saying that we used up our second key code. I do not know why or how seeing it was the same computer and did not give us anything but trial the first time. Then we loaded it on our 2nd computer (used for just a back up at our events). I am not sure that we will use the third key code, but wondering if we can put it “back into our account” just in case it is needed.
    2. On first computer (I have not hooked up back up yet), when it takes the picture, I cannot see myself in monitor on booth side. We are using an iPad and 922C webcam. The picture prints perfectly with my graphics but you cannot see yourself in monitor prior to picture being taken. I’m sure this is probably an easy fix but I cannot find it anywhere.
    3. With 7, it says you can change background without green screen. You listed a couple programs that take out the background. I have Affinity Design and think that I can do that in this program… altho, I’m not sure why you want to take out background as that is what you want in your photos. The thing I don’t know how to do is, when client in Photo Booth and you want to print (not using green screen), how do you insert whatever background (behind the ppl in the photo itself) you want?

    The most important item right now is how client can see themselves in monitor!!

    I am sure you mean you are using a Surface Pro (not Ipad) because the software will not work on an Ipad

    The New 7.0 has a lot of new features that may have cause confusion when trying to get to the setting... some have been moved and can be frustrating... I know, I am a support team member and I still am finding it hard at times.
