Software crashes when trying to select camera
I have Sparkbooth 3.8 and it closes every time I try to select a different camera. I have a Ryzen Kiyo Pro. I've tried the steps of entering a text folder and tried the steps up to the number "6" with no success. Also Adobe AIR runtime is no longer available for download, please advise.

You are using version 3.8 that is out dated
and it requires Adobe AIR to be able to run.
The newer version 5.0 / 6.0 and current 7.0
have Adobe AIR built in to the software and no longer
need it downloaded and used out side the software.
Your only FIX is to Upgrade your Sparkbooth software
to the current version 7.0 from the Sparkbooth web site HELP tab.

Yes, I do agree with joe aside from version 3 being outdated it no longer offers an update for it, and abobe air stop supporting it at the end of 2020 We recommend you upgrade to version 7

The price of the software was discounted
over a year ago - They were:
Premium - $159 now $119
DSLR - $200 now $159

Thank you for the fix. I have upgraded to version 7.0 but the program
still shuts down exactly the same when I try to change the camera in the
settings.

Thank you, I clicked on the links and tried the fixes with no changes. It
closes whether I have another camera attached or not, but the one I am
trying to use is a Razer Kiyo Pro.

Let start from the beginning without opening spark booth does the camera work thru the Razer Kiyo Pro utility or any other program like skype, zoom, etc. remember if any other program is running in the background spark booth will not recognize it close down all utility and start again.

Yes, the camera works alone and with everything else. The software closes
regardless whether the camera is plugged in or not.

Then it is likely some on the computer is incompatible with Sparkbooth. I
can refund and undo the your license upgrade if you do not want Sparkbooth

Yes, please do refund my upgrade and restore my license for 3.8. I really
wish we could figure out the problem, this has been my favorite photo booth
software to use.

I refined the purchase and undid the upgrade. You can now use your
Sparkbooth Premium 4 license instead.
