Updating
It is asking me to upgrade my DSLR 6 license, I can't log in , do I update to dslr7 or is there a 6 update?

You can check in Settings > About > Check for Updates
it will give you the option to Update if there is one available.
If you are using 6.0 and want to UPGRADE
you can do that from the Sparkbooth web site
HELP tab Upgrade license and insert your license key
and registered email and it will show you the cost
to Upgrade to the version(s) available to you.
Updates are changes within the version you have and
there is no cost to get Updates. An Upgrade is for
a Newer version and there is a cost to Upgrade.

When I put that in on the spark booth website it also tells me it’s invalid. I paid money for this

Yes, you did. you bought version 6 DSLR on Nov 26, 2018, 03:34 PM since then we now have version 7 it's not mandatory to Upgrade that's your option, looking at your license you do not have any more activations left, but that's not a problem because you never lose your activations you can always reset them.
