Using MacBook Pro, sparkbook says "No camera detected. Please attach camera and press ctrl-3." Computer has a built in camera. Please help.

Press ctrl 3 camera settings do you see your camera on the dropdown menu

Are you running Mac OS 11 (Big Sur)? There is currently an incompatibility
issue with the operating system and application framework so it is unable
to see the webcam. You can run the Mac OS 10 or wait until they fix the
incompatibility.
