album not showing photos when I click on it
Hello,
The album shows up on the top right but when I click on the album nothing ever shows up. I do see the icon of the last photo but when I click on it, it never loads.

Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
screen?

Good morning Fred,
We need more information. It sounds like you have
selected the on screen Album to appear and when
you click on it, it should bring up the Saved layouts
that you have done.
1) Have you done any sessions? More than 1 ?
2) When you see the last photo and click on it,
there should be icons at the top left to Print, and
others IF you have it set up to email or send by social media.
We should do a Skype connect and we can talk and I can show you
how it should be set set up properly...

Fred,
From your Request Support information that you sent.
You have the Printer disabled and all the send to email
or social media is turned off so when you click the Album
it will only show the layout and there is nothing to do but
look at the layouts that are saved.
We need to do a Skype connect so I can show you how
it all works when it is set up correctly...

Try updating to the latest version 7

The latest version is 7.0.80. Let us know if you still see the issue after
updating
