I have used my booth in 8 months due to Covid-19. It made me reinstall it on the same computer now it has taken my last license download. Why, now it it does this again I’ll have to buy it again?

How can I get this fixed?

    Looks like you previously had Sparkbooth DSLR 4 installed, and today you
    installed the Sparkbooth 4 (not the DSLR version). Those are considered 2
    separate installs and need to be activated separately.
    If your concern is about losing activations, you never lose activations
    since you can always reset them if you use them up. See

    I had a laptop stolen years ago that I had to replace and this one is getting older. If I need to replace it down the line I can just reset my license?

    I downloaded the non DSLR version. Because the other one wouldn’t work.

    You can reset your activations whenever they are used up as explained in
    the article I linked to
    Sparkbooth DSLR 4 should work fine. Go through this checklist
