Lets start with you sending a Request Support that will give us more information about your system and what could be the issue. If you can open the software, go to Settings (Ctrl+1) and in the About page select Request Support and type in Trial Freezing. We will receive the request and reply to what we find.
If you can not get to the Setting... from the main screen, press the Ctrl+Shift+9 keys all at the sme time... it will send a Request Support
