Trial freezing

I have tried to use your trial software prior to purchasing the product every time i get on screen and can not do anything else.
I want to make sure it is what i need before purchasing. I am running out of time for my event in october trying this software. My computer is fast enough and has the correct requirements i-7 core lenovo flex 4
please help

    Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    screen?

    Lets start with you sending a Request Support that will give us more information about your system and what could be the issue. If you can open the software, go to Settings (Ctrl+1) and in the About page select Request Support and type in Trial Freezing. We will receive the request and reply to what we find.
    If you can not get to the Setting... from the main screen, press the Ctrl+Shift+9 keys all at the sme time... it will send a Request Support
