Possible Bug

I downloaded the Free trial version for Personal & Premium and I can't seem to solve an issue. When I hit print, the @ symbol comes down off of the print button. I have the guest email unchecked in the Photo Album/General option. The @ symbol should not be there as per the Sparkbooth 4 version.

    I will open 7.0 and take a look and try to produce what you are seeing...

    We do not have phone support, I offered to Skype with you
    that I use all the time but you insisted Zoom, which I was ok with
    and waiting for a Zoom ID to connect...

    I never received any email regarding a Zoom meeting,
    (possible typo by you??)

    If you are that stressed about getting help with Sparkbooth software
    and fly off in a frenzy in this way... I am sorry, I can not fix broke
    and you already stated:

    Your first email to me was on Tuesday and today is Friday and I am no closer to getting questions answered. That is what has me upset.

    You should have stated that you don't have phone support when I first asked for a phone call. 

    I asked you for a time that fits your schedule on Wednesday at 6pm and again on Thursday at 2pm. You reply asking me for a time on Thursday at 6pm. So, I asked you for a time and you come back 24 hours later asking me for a time. Very frustrating to me (or broke as you call it).

    Initally, I was impressed with you responding on Tuesday at 10pm but things went downhill from there.
