Make sure you do not have the Logitech Capture software installed. If you<br>
do, uninstall it and install the Camera Settings software linked in the<br>

If that doesn't work, try changing the Compatibility mode by right-clicking<br>
on the desktop Sparkbooth icon, select Properties and then the<br>
Compatibility tab. If compatibility is not set, try enabling Windows 7<br>

You do not lose activations from reinstalling the software. You never lose<br>
activations since you can always reset them if you use them up. See<br>
