Freeze

I open the program and its completly freeze with no buttons, please HELP

    Can you send the sparkbooth.log file in your Documents folder?

    Open the Documents folder on your computer, and attached the sparkbooth.txt
    file to this thread

    Take a look at

    Make sure you do not have the Logitech Capture software installed. If you
    do, uninstall it and install the Camera Settings software linked in the
    article instead.
    If that doesn't work, try changing the Compatibility mode by right-clicking
    on the desktop Sparkbooth icon, select Properties and then the
    Compatibility tab. If compatibility is not set, try enabling Windows 7
    compatibility.

    I try to change to windows 7 or 8 compability but it doesnt work, it was working perfectly and after a change a letter size stop working, i have not installed any logitech software, with teamviewer can you fix it? I have work in a few days, i need help

    If it happened after changing a setting, you can try resetting your
    settings back to default. See

    Can you send a screenshot of the setting that you changed?
    You do not lose activations from reinstalling the software. You never lose
    activations since you can always reset them if you use them up. See
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/resetting-activations
