Add filter/effect to separate photos

My customer needs a 2x6 photo strip with 3 acts on it, they sell skin whitening cream.
What they need is the first top photo to be normal, the middle photo to be a bit brighter , and the bottom photo to be bright.
So basically we need to have the option to add a filter separately to each photo.
Is it possible ?

Sparkbooth or any other software that I know of does not offer that

This software might be able to do that to the saved images, but you couldn't auto-print from Sparkbooth with the filter applied.

Hi, thanks for your idea... This software is similar to photo
    scape...right ?

I actually dont need to Auto print, my customer said he dont mind to wait
1-2 minute for the photos to be printed while my staff will manually apply
    the filters

Like John said spark booth is photo booth software, not photo editing software it can't be done.
