Sparkbooth mirror booth crashing

Hi downloaded your latest software
Running
I5 with 4gb ram
120gb ssd drive
Windows
10
And it randomly freezes
To black screen
My concern is should I purchase will this still continue
I have spoken to 2 users who also having this problem

    Also switched pc to laptop with same spec and same issue

    What is the computer speed listed in Ghz ?
    The System Requirements: Windows (7 or later),
    compatible Canon or Nikon DSLR camera, 4GB or more RAM,
    and Intel i5 processor or better (2.5Ghz or faster)

    Ok, you do understand a Mirror booth uses
    the actual Mirror for your live view and
    not the monitor screen behind the mirror glass...

    If you can capture a video with your
    cell phone/or video camera showing us
    what you are calling freezes ...

    We have had many NEW users to Mirror Mode
    that THINK it is freezing because they see
    the blank screen for a second or two.

    I do have a IT degreeIt freezes like I said No  reaction to mouse or keyboard inputOnly way is to restart And yes I do know mirror boothHas no live viewThis question has been asked so many times In the forum without any good answerIt's not the hard ware has I have tried several i5 pcsSame resultFrozen at start screen

    Then, as another Support Team Member requested...
    We need you to send Request Support in Settings
    open program press F1/Ctrl+1 for Settings and
    in the About page click the Request Support
    and type Freezing in comments and Send/OK
    This will provide us additional information about your system in order to help you.
