Hello, I was wondering if sparkbooth has some kind of webgallery, so that the guests can go online and see their pictures digital aswell.

    The software gives YOU the ability to do that with Uploading to your own web site or one of the social media sites (like SmugMug) that has a Gallery set up.

    You will need to have an account with these services
    and many do have a charge to use their services.

    Another question,

    We have a few Photo Booths with some spark booth licenses. How many
    different machines can we use with every licence? And we are missing the
    serial number of 1:

    Do you want to change the email address of each license under your own
    email address? Then you can recover the licenses anytime, see
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/recover-license-key-2

    Each license has (3) Activation's that can be used in 3 different computers.

    Changing the license key email address will deactivate any installs you
    have, and you will need to reactivate those installs using the new email
    address. When you are ready for me to change the email address, for each
    license open the Sparkbooth install and hold down shift-ctrl-9 from
    Sparkbooth's main screen to make the request.

    Hello John,

    When connected to Smugmug - I was wondering if there is a way for
    sparkbooth to automatically create a new gallery for every different day
    spark booth is used.

    For example: on Friday sparkbooth is used at a wedding, pictures are
    uploaded to a specific gallery.
    Next day sparkbooth is used at another party, Sparkbooth would
    automatically add the pictures to a new gallery.

    Is this possible?

    Ive talked to Smugmug Support, they say it has to be developed by the 3th
    part application (sparkbooth).

    You need to Create WHERE the photos are going and
    that would require a NEW folder/directory created in
    SmugMug and in Sparkbooth pointed to this new folder/directory.

    What SmugMug Support told you was referring to is
    the 3rd party software (Sparkbooth) needs to
    POINT WHERE the photos are going in SmugMug,
    they did not mention YOU need to also have created
    a New folder/directory in SmugMug for each day.

    Yes, I understand that I have to create a folder every day manually, and
    then point the sparkbooth application to that specific folder. My question
    is if you know some way around this? Alot of your customers must have this
    issue.

    We have 1,000's of users and you are the first to ask that question.

    It is not possible for the Sparkbooth software
    (or any other 3rd party software) to be able to
    make changes (create folders in) your SmugMug system.

    This can only be done my the registered SmugMug user (you)
    when you log in to your SmugMug account.

    I follow a checklist for each event.
    1. Create an event folder in Smugmug
    2. Add personalized gallery sheet as the first photo (see attached)
    3. Copy gallery link to personalized sign for booth (with code, see attached again)
    4. Next morning, go thru photos reject the nudes and tops of kids heads
    5. Run batch operation via Picasa to enhance photos (I feel lucky)
    6. Add everything to Smugmug gallery (singles first, then strips)

    Okey thanks, that would help alot.
    Im setting up my twilio account to send SMS, it works fine. But I am trying
    to send the Sender ID from twilio, so the user will receive a SMS from a
    name (for example Bettybooth) instead of a phone number. This is fully
    possible but twilio says it is done in the local code, so it cannot be done
    in TWILIO, but must be done in sparkbooth code. Is this something you have
    experiences/had questions about?

    Also, the textmessages says “Fun by http://sparkbooth.com”
    Is it possible to remove this?

    It is literally impossible to send a text without a telephone number, so
    you need to purchase a telephone number.
    That message is only appended to when in trial mode.

    Hello John,

    Thank you for answering, but I don’t think you understood my question:

    We have already bought a telephone number from twilio. What we want to do
    is to change the name of the phone number, so that the user will receive a
    text message from lets say “John wu photography” instead of +1219287423912.

    This is fully possible and a very normal thing to do. You simply change the
    “From” parameter in the code (I’ve attached a picture of how it looks).

    If the sms was send from our website, we could change it ourselves. But the
    baseline of the code is in sparkbooth. Do you understand what I mean?

    The only connection from your photo booth to your twilio account
    with Sparkbooth is the phone number you have registered with twilio.

    You can not just change the number to text ...
    it will not connect to your twilio account.

    I think you are wrong, here is an example requested to twilio, first from
    Sparkbooth. And then using the same account to request to twilio, but from
    my computer. As you can see. The caller ID works perfectly outside of
    sparkbooth. (See attached).

    I also talked to twilio, they say the problem is in sparkbooth code.

    I really do not think that I do know more than you do. Have you managed to
    change the “From” number on any other accounts? Ive been in contact with
    twilio for several hours, and also a programer. They say that the problem
    is in sparkbooth code. Maybe im wrong. Can you help me fix it?

    Maybe this can e'splain it to you...

    Sparkbooth is not a direct connect to Twillio
    it is a third party connection and that is why
    the phone number must be used...

    Computer to Twillio is a direct connect
    - when a third party software is used,
    the phone number is the only thing that can connect...
    when you remove (change the number to text)
    you have removed the connection from the software to Twillio.
