Hello, how are you? I have the problem that the right side and down side of my impressions with sparkbooth are cut.

I ve already tryied this: http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/printing/adjusting-print-margins

But didn´t help.

Configuration in the printer: 4x6 portrait

Attach file.

How can I fix it?

Thank you. Regards!

Can you go to the Layout Editor and Export your layout and
save to your Desktop - the ZIP it and attach the Zip file here
where I can get it and review your layout.

What size paper are you using in your printer?

NOTE: I have an event today so I may not answer until tomorrow.

The size of paper is a quarter of A4.

Before I used L800 and it worked perfectly!

Doesn´t matter which size of paper I put, the image is cut anyway.

Attach files so you can see it.

One is with margins, and the other one without.

I am not able to open the attachment. Can you try zipping it instead?

That Layout you attached is not the one you are showing

I suspect you did not set your printer to CENTER and
the Printing Settings in Sparkbooth to center

Hello Joe, first of all, thank you for replying!
I was very busy thats why I couldn´t do this before.

    I attach
    - print page of sparkbooth printing configuration
    - print page of Epson L805 config
    - photo of the printed paper
    - and the jpg

    So you can see.

If I put without margins in the Printer´s configuration, this is what
    happens.

*The blue painting is to show the part that is cut in the printing.
