Hi,

I took out pics in the strip layout of 3 pics and the 4th being a logo
However when i went back to print them, the layout changed and all the pics are singularly instead of the strip

How do i get it back onto the strip format as i need to print them ASAP for a customer

Please assist?

Thanks.

Look in the Sparkbooth/{date of event} folder. It sounds like you opened up the Sparkbooth/Singles/{date of even} folder.

    Hi Rob

We have tried different folders and it still did not work

    Any other suggestions?

Open Sparkbooth and look at the Settings/Saving option. Does it look like this? If so, that shows you where the folder is based on the date of the event. If you created a custom folder for the event the pictures would be there.
There is no option for 'not saving' the photo strip originals.
