On your Third computer try this way to Export/Import

1) Do an Export of ONLY the green screen backgrounds,

2) the do an Export of the template layouts

3) etc. etc. ...

Because each of these can be overwhelming the system and
and all together causing issues... Export/Import each separately

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476974492019-10-05T17:56:39Z2019-10-05T17:56:39ZCan't import settings from one machine to an older one

On the export screen, click "Advanced Export" and see attached screenshot

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476974492019-10-06T22:19:32Z2019-10-06T22:19:32ZCan't import settings from one machine to an older one

Hi John,
I exported just the green screen backgrounds to a flash drive, loaded the
flash drive onto the desktop of the computer I wanted to update and hit
Import but same thing happened. It's been saying it's importing from last
night. I have around 180 green screen backgrounds so maybe there are too
many. Not all of them need to be copied as I've added maybe 25 or 30 since
the last time this machine was used. But there does not seem to be a way to
choose specific files, only all of the green screen files. Is there
anything else I can try or will I have to re-create all these backgrounds
manually on this older machine?

Can you send your log on the computer you were importing into? You can do
that by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main screen.
Or see http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/how-to/sending-support-requests

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476974492019-10-10T01:58:00Z2019-10-10T01:58:00ZCan't import settings from one machine to an older one

Hi John,
Sorry I didn't answer back right away. Been crazy busy the past few days. I
just opened Sparkbooth 6 and hit control shift 9 and send the report you
requested.

Well Ii reset the setting to defaul;t as outlined inm your last email and
tried importing again, still with the program trying to import
unsuccessfully for a long time. I rebooted the computer and again reset the
settings to default and tried again with the same results. I'll send the
program log file again to see if you can see what exactly is preventing me
from importinmg the settings from my other system.
