Can't import settings from one machine to an older one

Exported my Sparkbooth 6 configuration from my main photo booth computer and put on a flash drive. Updated my second system no problem. Went to the third system and it won't import. just keeps saying importing for hours and hours. I copied the export file onto the computers desktop thinking it would be faster if it's on the same hard drive as the operating system but got the same result. I've attached an image of the computers specifications. This is an older system that I have added to manually but as the import/export function in Sparkbooth 6 works so great on my other systems, I want to do the same on this machine which will save me hours of manually creating the newer green screen background sets.

    I responded to this here...

On your Third computer try this way to Export/Import

    1) Do an Export of ONLY the green screen backgrounds,

    2) the do an Export of the template layouts

    3) etc. etc. ...

Because each of these can be overwhelming the system and
and all together causing issues... Export/Import each separately

On the export screen, click "Advanced Export" and see attached screenshot

    Hi John,
I exported just the green screen backgrounds to a flash drive, loaded the
flash drive onto the desktop of the computer I wanted to update and hit
Import but same thing happened. It's been saying it's importing from last
night. I have around 180 green screen backgrounds so maybe there are too
many. Not all of them need to be copied as I've added maybe 25 or 30 since
the last time this machine was used. But there does not seem to be a way to
choose specific files, only all of the green screen files. Is there
anything else I can try or will I have to re-create all these backgrounds
    manually on this older machine?

I tried the import file on 2 computers and they imported fine. Took just 2
minutes to import each time. By the way, the file you sent included all the
settings - not just the green screen.
Can you send your log on the computer you were importing into? You can do
that by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main screen.

    Hi John,
Sorry I didn't answer back right away. Been crazy busy the past few days. I
just opened Sparkbooth 6 and hit control shift 9 and send the report you
    requested.

There are a lot of setting file errors in your log. Can you try resetting
the settings to default and then do the import?

    Hi John,
Well Ii reset the setting to defaul;t as outlined inm your last email and
tried importing again, still with the program trying to import
unsuccessfully for a long time. I rebooted the computer and again reset the
settings to default and tried again with the same results. I'll send the
program log file again to see if you can see what exactly is preventing me
from importinmg the settings from my other system.
