If you are concerned about losing activations, you do not lose activations
since you can alway reset them when they are used up.
and that would cause your photo to look like that.
You need good lighting in order to take good photos.

If using a webcam get light on the subject of your photos
and you will get better photos. If using a DSLR, use the flash.

When you say damaged I assume you are talking about the
artifacts / specs in the photo...
do you have Green Screen enabled and not using a Green Screen?
That would cause this type of artifacts in a photo.
Turn OFF Green Screen

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476917032019-10-06T17:23:04Z2019-10-06T17:23:05ZPictures are comin out damaged

yes Im speaking about the specs.
Ive used the program for years and never had to use green screen. when i downloaded the Sparkbooth 6 trail today, the pictures came out perfectly clear.

Durice Jonestag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476917032019-10-06T22:11:09Z2019-10-06T22:11:09ZPictures are comin out damaged

I said ...
Green Screen would cause this type of artifacts in a photo.
Turn OFF Green Screen not turn it on

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/476917032019-10-06T23:04:26Z2019-10-06T23:04:27ZPictures are comin out damaged

Thank you so much!!!
