Pictures are comin out damaged

Hi,
 Ive been a Spark Booth member since the beginning.
I am on my last download but the pictures are now coming out damaged.
I want to reinstall it so that I can continue my use.

    We never charge you for reinstalling.

    If you are concerned about losing activations, you do not lose activations
    since you can alway reset them when they are used up.

    this is how my pictures are coming out.
     I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but it's still coming out the
    same.

    Appears to me that you are not using ANY LIGHT at all
    and that would cause your photo to look like that.
    You need good lighting in order to take good photos.

    If using a webcam get light on the subject of your photos
    and you will get better photos. If using a DSLR, use the flash.

    When you say damaged I assume you are talking about the
    artifacts / specs in the photo...
    do you have Green Screen enabled and not using a Green Screen?
    That would cause this type of artifacts in a photo.
    Turn OFF Green Screen

    yes Im speaking about the specs.
     Ive used the program for years and never had to use green screen.
     when i downloaded the Sparkbooth 6 trail today,the pictures came out
    perfectly clear.

    Green Screen would cause this type of artifacts in a photo.
    Turn OFF Green Screen not turn it on
