Appears to me that you are not using ANY LIGHT at all
and that would cause your photo to look like that.
You need good lighting in order to take good photos.
If using a webcam get light on the subject of your photos
and you will get better photos. If using a DSLR, use the flash.
When you say damaged I assume you are talking about the
artifacts / specs in the photo...
do you have Green Screen enabled and not using a Green Screen?
That would cause this type of artifacts in a photo.
Turn OFF Green Screen
