changeI did two events last weekend and am just now sending to them using the send photo later function. I entered my customer's email and selected the ones from that date (9/13/19) and sent them. After they were sent, Sparkbooth asked if I wanted to remove selecyted and I clicked ok because next I wanted to send the ones from 9/14. But sparkbooth removed ALL of the photos from the cue, even the ones from the 9/14 job. How do I get the photos from the 9/14 job back into the send photo later que so I can send them? I clicked on import and navigated to the folder where Sparkbooth stores them , but the pictures are not showing as Sparkbooth is searching for a text file and there is no drop down box to change it to JPEG.

The import function requires a text file of the correct format. You can
import an exported data file from the Send Photo Later queue (using the
button next to the Import button), or the sparkbooth-uploads.txt file in
    the Documents folder

    Hi John,
When I click the export button next to the import button on the "send Photo
Later" screen, I navigate to the documents/sparkbooth folder and tried to
select all the photos from the 9/14/19 job by clicking on the first i,mage
then holdimng down shift while clicking on the bottom image to select all
the ones from that day but Sparkbooth will only let me select one file. To
test anyway, I selected the one file and clicked export but it said there
is already a jpeg fil;e with that name and do I want to replace it. I
clicked uyes and it seems to have just replaced the file in that same
    folder.

I then tried the other suggestion you mentioned which was "or the
    sparkbooth-uploads.txt file in
the Documents folder" but in that folder there is only the folders: Backup,
Gifs, Singles, originals and the photos that were taken on 9/13/19 and
9/14/19. Inside the Backup, Gifs, singles and originals folders, there were
no files. They were empty. So where do I find the sparkbooth-uploads.txt
    file you mentioned?

That is not the way the import works. It requires a comma delimited text
with the correct headers to indicate the photo file path and other
information like email or telephone associated with the photo.

The sparkbooth-uploads.txt file is located in the Documents folder.

Ok foun d the text file thanks. Now another issue. When I import it, it
shows all photos from both jobs. I want to test just one file first and
send to myself to see what email address it sends from. The second job was
for an agent and he doesn't want the customer to see the pictures sent from
my email. I selected 1 photo and clicked on send photo, but it
started sending all the photos from both jobs. How do I select only the
photos I want to send without sending all of them?

Delete the lines in the file that you don't want, or just delete them from
    the queue

from september 14th but now after saving and trying to import, it says
"unable to parse fike header. Pkease check the selected file."

That means you deleted the first line of the text file which named each
    column

The attached file includes the header line which you can add back into your
    file

I copied that header text and pasted into the sparkbooth uploads text file
but when I try to import it still says "unable to parse file header. Please
    check the selected file.

Can you include the file that you are using?

I had it on the wrong line and there was a partial line above. I corrected
it and imported. It did appear to import but the pictures were grey text
boxes with only the dates inside. No way to see the pictures like when they
    originally were in there.

That means the file path in the file are no longer in the same location
