aparece cartel de fin de prueba pero tengo la licencia

hola, compre el programa en enero de 2018, y hoy me aparecio un cartel que dice "Tu prueba de Sparkbooth 5 se ha acabado" cuando quiero desbloquearlo con mi correo y clave, no hace nada y aparece el siguiente mensaje " connect ETIMEDOUT"

    The hosting company is doing a maintenance upgrade on the server.
    It should be done in a couple of hours and you can try again.
