You need to start with the PRINTER set to 4X6 with 0 margin adjustments in all the boxes in your PRINTER set up. Then in the SB printer settings, start with all margins at 0 and do a TEST print and actually PRINT the TEST print and capture the TEST print and attach it here... we can the help you make the correct adjustments.

When you change the 4X6 size margins in the PRINTER for margin adjustments, that is causing the incorrect TEST print to be off set. The PRINTER should NOT have any borders/margins set and only select the 4X6 paper size Portrait and Center.

Making changes in the way the printer has margins will not work, that is what the SB printer settings are for.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T03:58:22Z2019-05-20T03:58:26ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

The first (left) was at 0 margins,

the second was at
right 15
bottom 22

Miranda Palmertag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T04:13:16Z2019-05-20T04:13:16ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

HELLO ... did you READ anything I posted ???

You FIRST need to FIX the settings in your PRINTER
so that you have selected a 4X6 paper size with
NO margins - NO borders - set CENTER - for a Portrait print.

If you do not fix / correct those settings, you will be wasting your time
making any adjustments in the SB printing settings for the margins.

Once you have the PRINTER setting set as I said,
THEN you need to set the SB printing settings with
all margins set to 0 and do a TEST print and show that print here.

Then we can help you make the correct adjustments
one at a time... until we have it set right.

If you ignore what I am saying, you can forget about
getting any help here.... to Learn, you need to first
LISTEN to what we tell you.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T04:16:15Z2019-05-20T04:16:15ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

Also... those sample TEST prints do not appear to be
printed on 4X6 paper... what size PAPER are you using?

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T05:02:49Z2019-05-20T05:02:49ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

The paper size is a little narrower than 4 x 6.
But based on the first test print, try top = 5, left = 2, right = 12,
bottom = 22 and then do another test print using enabling the auto
centering, rotate and scaling settings.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T13:23:04Z2019-05-20T13:23:05ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

The first print that I posted above (the one on the bottom) was set to no margins, no border, but you are right- I did not check the printer center button. I apologize that I missed that

The Selphy paper comes with little tabs on the top and bottom that pop off. I have not find any direction on how/if to change the paper size based on those tabs- if you have direction- I'd definitely love it.

I attached the original with the center buttom checked, and then the second one with the suggestions by John Wu. Thank you for your help.

Miranda Palmertag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T14:50:06Z2019-05-20T14:50:06ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

Looks good.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472750092019-05-20T15:08:51Z2019-05-20T15:08:51ZSelphy Cp1300 Layout Questions

Do a regular session and attach a PRINTED sample here

Joe Connell
