Hello guys,

After making photos and printing photos the screen stays stuck on its own background.
The only solution to fix it now is to power off by unplugging the photobooth and restarting it again.
Do you know what i can do, because the photobooth is rented out at the moment and i can not be there for support. Only can contact them by phone, please help me!

I do not see the support request. What email address is your Sparkbooth
