Hello,

I just integrated sendgrid to allow guests to send photos to their email but when I want to test it, it tells me every time that the test has failed... Why?

Thanks!

Can you send a screenshot of your SendGrid settings in Sparkbooth?

Did you sign into your SendGrid account on their website and see if they
    received the send email requests?
Also did you authenticate your domain for SendGrid in your domain name
server records? All third party email services require that you do that in
    order to send emails.

I received no "send email request". Where can I activate this?

It is on the webpage on their website. It shows the email requests that
they have received from you. See attached.

Looks like SendGrid has a new version of their 3rd party integration
service. Your account probably won't work with the older version. I will
have to update the integration. In the meantime, you can use SendsGrid's
SMTP service and switch to Sparkbooth's SMTP emailer to use it.

Look up SendGrid's SMTP information on their website. And then in Sparkbooth

Changing the license key email address will deactivate any installs you
have, and you will need to reactivate those installs using the new email
address. Is it ok to make the change now?

What to you mean exactly with "installs"

Installations of the Sparkbooth that are already activated. For example,
the photo booth you purchased from Ebayar has an "install"

Ok, I have changed the email address of your license to
[email blocked] and sent you a recover license email to the new
address. You will now need to reactivate your install using the license
    information that I sent you.
