happened to the missing email.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T14:30:36Z2019-05-10T14:30:36Zemailing photos to customer

Hi John,
I got the send photos email working but had a question that I don't see
explained anywhere. In the "Send Photo later" tab, is there a way to import
pictures from a previous Photo Booth session and send to a client? I did a
party last week and usually I send all the photos through Google drive, but
if the recipient does not have a gmail email address, then Google will not
allow them to download unless I give permissions for each and every photo,
which is a pain.

So I was on the "send photo later" tab and clicked on the import button and
nabvigated to where sparkbooth 4.3 stored last weeks photos which was
documants/sparkbooth/Jelina but when I got there, no pictures are shown to
import. "Tab deliminated text file" is what the file type dialogue box is
set to look for and there are no other options to choose JPEG so I can see
and import the photos to send to my client.

miketag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T14:43:20Z2019-05-10T14:43:20Zemailing photos to customer

An example of the import file that works is the Sparkbooth-uploads.txt file
in your Documents folder

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T15:53:31Z2019-05-10T15:53:31Zemailing photos to customer

I found the folder you mentioned and attached a screen shot of the contents
but have no idea how it shows me how to import pictures sparkbooth took in
a previous session and send to clients through the send photo later menu.

miketag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T16:55:13Z2019-05-10T16:55:13Zemailing photos to customer

At the top of the file are the headers that need to be in the import file.
Each column needs to be tab delimited. The most important are
filename = file path to the image file
guest-twittername = the twitter name of the guest used to @ reply if you
are uploading the photo to Twitter
guest-email = the email address of the guest if you are emailing the photos
guest-phone = the telephone number of the guest if you are texting the
photos

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T17:16:29Z2019-05-10T17:16:29Zemailing photos to customer

ok so I clicked on Import again and went to documents/ Sparkbooth-uploads.txt
file and clicked on it but Sparkbooth only impoirted the pictures I took
today while testing. OIn the text file I do see May 4th which was last
weeks job but there is no way that I can see how to just select those
pictures. When clicking import and then clicking the Sparkbooth text file,
it just imports immediately. It does not let me go into the text file to
select the specific date of pictures I want to import.

miketag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/472516272019-05-10T17:18:50Z2019-05-10T17:18:50Zemailing photos to customer

Ok, I think I discovered why. I had moved last weeks pictures out of the
Sparkbooth folder into a sub folder with the clients name. I moved them
back to the Sparkbooth parent folder and now was able to import.
