Hello,

my name is Johannes Natter, i bought Sparkbooth, i think it was summer 2016. Unfortunately my notebook in my fotobooth box is dead, I can't start it anymore. The license key was registered to the email adress: [email blocked]
The provider tele2 doesn't exist anymore, I have no acces to the old emails.
Is ist possible that you send me the license key?

Best regards,

Johannes Natter

Hi Johannes, John will be with you soon, it's very early in California. He will most likely have to change your registered email which will reset all your activations.

    Thank you very much!
I have another question: I need to print the pictures with 8x8cm
Is there a possibility to scale down the picture? What does the settings wich "pad margins" mean? When I change these values nothing changes with the print result.

    Best regards,

    Johannes

    See http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/printing/adjusting-print-margins
But that is not for scaling down a 1200 x 1800 pixel layout to 8 x 8 cm.
You will have to create a new layout and then put your 8 x 8 cm photo on it.

Also... you will need to use SQUARE photo boxes
    to have a 8cm X 8cm photo

The margin setting are to adjust the layout when your prints are not printing correctly. You would not need to use the margins if you see not issues/problems with your prints being off center.

I just watched the video you sent me, but I don't have the clone button in the layout creator. What's wrong?

The ability to create and modify photo layouts is only available for
Premium and DSLR licenses. You have a Personal license. If you want to
upgrade to a Premium license, you can do that at
    https://sparkbooth.com/upgrade

That is because you have a Personal license that does not have that feature. Only the Premium and DSLR versions have the Clone feature. The Personal version only allows you to use the built in layouts.

You can Upgrade to the Premium (webcam only) or the DSLR version in the web site Help tab here https://secure.sparkbooth.com/upgrade

There is a cost to Upgrade and you options will be shown when you insert your current license key and email.
