Suddenly, SB5 does not want to launch. I get the screen with the red curtains, 4 photo place holders and the live view screen, but that's it! After a few seconds it crashes. Please advise.

Thank you, John. Any idea why Logitech is making it so hard to use their
    cameras?

I have been using the Logitech cameras for 8 years
and the only reason recently there has been any issues
is Logitech added a new Logitech Capture software
that is not usable by other software and has nothing to do with Sparkbooth.

The only additional Logitech software that you may want
to use is the Camera Controller that I have used and works fine.

I have been using that same camera for years. No problem until recently.

Logitech now wants us to load their gaming software to get the driver. The
software is bloated to say the least. I cannot find a driver for the
camera on their site. Any advice is appreciated.

I have upgraded to SB6. Per your instruction, I downloaded Logitec camera
settings. I launch camera setting and can see the live video in their
app. When I launch SB, I can see live video when I choose my internal
webcam but as soon as I choose Logitec 920C the live view goes blank.

    What am I doing wrong?

Start by making sure that any other program / app
is not open that uses the web cam.

Open SB and go to camera settings Ctrl+3 and
in the drop down you should see the c920 - select it.

You should be good to go... let me know if this helped you

    Thanks for the reply.

I am losing my MIND over this Logitech crap. Now that I have "camera
settings" installed, it is saying no camera is detected. I have used
Logitech for years but this new policy they have for not providing a driver
    is causing me real problems.

    Suggestions?

OK, so it appears we must have the Logitech Camera Settings APP installed,
but we can't have it running when we launch SB.

And I can't get my new Logitech 922 to work at all.

The article I sent you has links to the previous 2 versions of the Logitech
software. You try each one to see if it works with the C922.
