Is the Facebook account you used an administrator to the page?

Hi, I logged out of Facebook to log into a different account however when i tried to log in to facebook I get a empty white box that quickly dissappers then an error message to say login failed.

As i needed the sparkbooth for a party i had to install it onto a spare laptop and luckily i got that working.

I think that there is something blocking the access to the login page that pops up when you click configure within sparkbooth. I tried turning off antivirus and popup blockers but still get an empty white box where there should be the login to facebook.

I hope this makes sense and wonder if you have seen this issue before and how to resolve it.

    Many thanks

Make sure you have Internet Explorer 11 installed.

Can I remote into your computer to take a look? Here are the instructions
on how to setup the remote session http://sparkbooth.com/remotesupport
I will be available to do this starting at 1p PST. Or we can schedule for
    later. Let me know.
