    What camera are you using?
Is it on the list of compatible Canon DSLR cameras?

I'm having the same problem with a Canon T6. Windows is aware the camera is connected because it makes sounds whenever the USB cable from the camera is plugged into the computer, or when it is removed. The camera will also react if I put the mirror up and start Sparkbooth. The mirror will go back into its normal position.

The same thing happens with a Canon 70D.

Sparkbooth does not acknowledge that a DSLR is connected. The menu item consistently indicates a generic DSLR instead of the type of Canon camera connected.

Windows Device Manager is showing the Canon camera connected as an "other" type of device.
