Se me dañó el disco duro en donde tenia instalada la licencia de sparkbooth. Se puede activar en otro disco duro? o ya perdi la licencia.

    Sorry, that email is NOT registered.
    Open the software and go to Settings > About
    and capture a screen shot and attach here.

    That is the Trial version
    You do not have a registered version
    and there is no license registered to
    your email.

    This is what the registered version would look

    You should contact them and ask what the registered email address of your
    license is. And then come back here and let us know.

    You did not get that support from Sparkbooth
    I think you have other software and are confused.

    If you has Sparkbooth software, we would have
    your email registered here.

    That email is NOT ours?

    Las comunicacione que nos demuestra no viene de nosotros es possible que tienes otro programa que no es spark booth **Photoboothsolusion no es parte de nuestra compañia.

    Tengo una gran duda, quiero actualizar el sparkbooth 5 al sparkbooth 6 es en la versión Premuim quisiera saber el coto aproximado de esta actualización y aun mas quisiera actualizarlo al DSLR que costo tendria para ambos casos y si se puede pasar del PREMIUM al DSRL.

    Not sure I understand completely, but if you are asking about upgrading
    from Premium to DSLR - you can do that. Go to
    https://secure.sparkbooth.com/upgrade and enter your license information to
    see your options and costs.
