program need to load 50MB jpeg in 7200x 14400 pixels
photo when you preview 12 image at once
all FULL SIZE images need to be collected and set up
on the preview page to be seen ... YES IT WILL BE SLOW
especially if the kiosk computer has a slow processor.

I HIGHLY suggest you set the preview page to have
no more than 3 on a page even though you have the ability
to do 12... your kiosk computer is just not fast enough

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468474632019-01-21T14:31:45Z2019-01-21T14:31:45ZPhoto preview problem/freezing in sparkbooth 6

YES, we are aware of this, even though the software
has the ability for upto 12, it depends on the computer
to have a fast enough processor to use 12.
No, there is no future change/adjustment that we can do
to make YOUR COMPUTER load 12 full layouts faster.

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468474632019-01-23T07:38:15Z2019-01-23T07:38:16ZPhoto preview problem/freezing in sparkbooth 6

Hello,

PC I mentioned is running on i5-7400T which is 4 core CPU with 3Ghz frequency per core, together with SSD and 8GB RAM this doesnt sound like a "slow" system. Noticed in task manager that during load only half of CPU is working. Does Sparkbooth support multi CPU systems or this is controlled via OS? Any way I can force using another 2 physical cores?? Perhaps for future adding hardware acceleration towards GPU wouldnt solve this performance problem??

https://www.dropbox.com/s/z99gueqk6h3vclg/sparkboothdslr-6.0.88.exe...
I wasn't able to duplicate the issue, but I am thinking it may be due to
memory usage. This build tries to do some things related to that. Since it
could be memory related, you should also decrease the number of images
displayed on the album screen from 12 to 6 and see if that helps.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/468474632019-02-10T11:36:18Z2019-02-10T11:36:19ZPhoto preview problem/freezing in sparkbooth 6

Hello,
Thank you for package. Unfortunately we are using Sparbooth version and not DSLR for Canon. I noticed that version 87 is available via aplication update. Will you provide package 88 via dropbox or I can download it in near future?

Its been few weeks since update. We had one event where we teste it on 200 photos created. Looks like that rendering for photos is now stable, and even if some photos dont show up (black picture preview) right away, they will load in next second.
So I see it as improvement. We will stay in touch if we manage to identify some more "hiccups".

Thank you
in main discusion we noticed that after update 90 program is running
smoother so I see improvement. We have more events in future so I will be
