Photo preview problem/freezing in sparkbooth 6

For our Event Photo booth (1 PC, 2 touch screens) we are using Sparkbooth DSLR for taking pictures and and Sparkbooth 6 for preview, print and emailing. On our last job we found out one problem with Sparkbooth 6( running in kiosk mode).
When Sparkbooth is set to preview 12 image at once, preview speed is quite slow. Plus if someone is quite eager after few beers to move several pages very quickly( tapping quickly on side arrows) program eventualy freeze. Third problem we noticed is that sometimes Sparkbooth dont show picture preview, only empty space in preview. If we click on screen in where photo should be, the photo will open. Its like the program now there is a object there he is aware of it but cant create preview. We tested this situation with most recent version of DSLR and Sparkbooth programs. We checked PC performance during preview tasks in case we are hitting CPU or GPU performance. PC is running on SSD, CPU didnt even reach 50% in task manager graphs, GPU at 5% during photos loading.
Photos have resolution 2400x3600 so I understnad that in theory, during preview, program need to load 50MB jpeg in 7200x 14400 pixels photo.

So my final question is if you are aware about some Sparkbooth engine for photo preview problem or if you are planning some updates in this topic for future....

PS. when we changed photo preview from 12 to 8 photos, we didnt maanage to replicate freezing problem...

so YOU understand that in theory, during preview,
program need to load 50MB jpeg in 7200x 14400 pixels
photo when you preview 12 image at once
all FULL SIZE images need to be collected and set up
on the preview page to be seen ... YES IT WILL BE SLOW
especially if the kiosk computer has a slow processor.

I HIGHLY suggest you set the preview page to have
no more than 3 on a page even though you have the ability
to do 12... your kiosk computer is just not fast enough

YES, we are aware of this, even though the software
has the ability for upto 12, it depends on the computer
to have a fast enough processor to use 12.
No, there is no future change/adjustment that we can do
to make YOUR COMPUTER load 12 full layouts faster.

PC I mentioned is running on i5-7400T which is 4 core CPU with 3Ghz frequency per core, together with SSD and 8GB RAM this doesnt sound like a "slow" system. Noticed in task manager that during load only half of CPU is working. Does Sparkbooth support multi CPU systems or this is controlled via OS? Any way I can force using another 2 physical cores?? Perhaps for future adding hardware acceleration towards GPU wouldnt solve this performance problem??

Sorry, it does not support multiple CPU or GPU.

Do you have the kiosk setting to cache locally?

Both Sparkbooth DSLR and Sparkbooth 6 is running on one PC like I wrote above on same SSD drive. But we tried cache localy option but didnt noticed any differences. Any other sugestions?

Can you send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main
    Or see

Can you try this new build and let me know if you still see the issue?
I wasn't able to duplicate the issue, but I am thinking it may be due to
memory usage. This build tries to do some things related to that. Since it
could be memory related, you should also decrease the number of images
displayed on the album screen from 12 to 6 and see if that helps.

Thank you for package. Unfortunately we are using Sparbooth version and not DSLR for Canon. I noticed that version 87 is available via aplication update. Will you provide package 88 via dropbox or I can download it in near future?

    Thank you
