Changing PC and transferring activation

What if I want to transfer one of the activations to another PC? I tried it with my old laptop and its a bit slow so I will be using 3 new pc and activate those instead.

    To deactivate an install, see
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/activating-and-licensing/deactivate-install
    Also not you never lose activations since you can always reset them if you
    use them up. See

    You opened a case against the payment for the license with your credit card
    or PayPal, so the license was put on hold. Call the credit card or PayPal
    to close the case and I will reactivate the license.

    email?

    Our sparkbooth license is no longer working and says we don't have a
    license with you.

    We cannot recover our license and it says that we dont have a record or
    license when we recover it.
