Problems

Hi i have been having big problems with my photo booth, it keeps sending pics to printer but not printing only putting them i a que, also my back up laptop keeps freezing when i load up th the booth software! My laptops are fine and i use them all week without problems. Really need help as its ruining my business. Please help! Just to add i have done 50 plus booths with the same equipment!

    What printer brand and model is it printing to?
    Are all 50 of your booths running Sparkbooth with the same issue?

    Hi, i mean the previous booths i have completed have been using the same equipment, im using a dnp rx1 hs printer

    It does not sound like a Sparkbooth issue, since the prints are going into
    the print queue. Is it showing any errors in the print queue? Is the print
    queue paused?
    Some printers will create a new instance of the printer if plugged into a
    different USB port, if that is the case - you could be printing to a
    disconnected printer.

    When i look at devices/printers on my laptop it somtimes says off line, but i have had it work in this port on my laptop also

    Then its an issue with your laptop spark booth only send the print to I see your using the RX1 I have one and I can tell you that the RX1 will work only on the USB port that was first used when you set it up. that's why its very important to always plug into that same port all the time my son did a gig once and he connected to another usb and for some reason the printer started having problem until we caught it.

    UPDATE- I have reinstalled the printer drivers today and alworks whilst in my front room, hopfully works at my next event! Its strange because i have used the different ports for the last 2 years, thank you for your help guys!
