I use very basic features so I would be fine with rolling back if needed...

darryntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-10-31T17:30:47Z2018-10-31T17:30:47ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

That is strange and I have never noticed that happening...

I suggest FOR NOW (until John has a fix)
Just Start it and do your normal TEST session
(as we all do at the start of an event)
and it should come on screen to do your event...

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-10-31T18:32:01Z2018-10-31T18:32:01ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

Darryn, I am unable to duplicate the button issue. Can I remote into your
computer to take a look? Here are the instructions on how to setup the
remote session http://sparkbooth.com/remotesupport
I can be available around 2p California time for this, or we can schedule
another time or later this week.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-10-31T19:05:28Z2018-10-31T19:05:28ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

Solved with my own workaround. I deactivated and deleted DSLR6 from this PC. I downloaded and activated Premium6(no DSLR), used the export/import, and all is fine! I have not used (and don't plan currently) to use DSLR so its all good. Thanks guys. There was a note from someone on my log I submitted about my processor not being good for SB but its running quite well, any concerns with this?

darryntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-10-31T19:16:35Z2018-10-31T19:16:35ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

That note was from Rob (another SB Support Member) he is always making sure people with less than the required specs that there CAN be issues if you are running the software using many of the features (like Green Screen)

But you should not have any problems using it.

Note I am also a user with 2 booths using a c920 webcam and I will put any of my photos ups next to DSLR photos and compare... it is a photo booth, not a photo studio... the pics are 90% only 2" size, why in the world do you need a $600-$800 DSLR camera with all the set up issues when a GOOD webcam can do the same and I only have to PLUG IT IN...

I will now test the 6.0 DSLR version and see if that has the No Show start button...

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-10-31T19:29:33Z2018-10-31T19:29:33ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

Just tested DSLR 6.0 and could not get that issue to happen...

??? seems to be something on your set up but if it only happens when you first open the software, I personally would not even care... we always do a TEST session before opening to guests/users... and the button (in you case) would then be back and all set for the event.

only use the webcam. I should have a fix for the next update.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/463997172018-11-01T00:47:42Z2018-11-01T00:47:42ZHelp with glitch on new touchscreen setup...

Darryn, can you try this build and let me know if it fixes the problem?
