Needing to reverify credentials every other day...

Good afternoon!

I've reached out to you guys before and it's always been very helpful, and I hope this attempt is no different... I have a Sparkbooth photo kiosk that is asking our host to re-verify its credentials every other day.

Thus far I have remotely logged in and done it myself a few times, and I've had to UN-CHECK the box that that says something like "secured authorization" (I can't remember exactly), in order to get the testing to work and send an email.

Could this be an issue with them possibly using an unsecured public Wi-Fi signal?

Please let me know your thoughts, and we'll go from there. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!
_Mitch

Which credentials are you referring to? Can you send a screenshot?

I have to leave the “Use Secure Connection” box un-checked in order for it to send. However, the root issue is that it’s giving an error message every other day and the credentials need to be re-verified in order for it to function correctly again.
    I hope this helps!!
    Thanks,

Ok, so you are referring the SMTP emailing. Can you send your log by
holding down shift-ctrl-9 from Sparkbooth's main screen?

I’ll try… give me a minute to log back into it.
    Thanks,

Your log shows "SMTP, Error: Connection timeout" which means it is unable
to connect the the SMTP server. Maybe an issue with the internet connection.
