Testing Failed. No publish permissions

Good morning, I'm having problems when running the photo for facebook, says this message: Testing Failed. No publish permissions what may be happening?

    you have version 4 of the software facebook discontinued support for version 4 that is something that facebook did we have no control of this if you want facebook you need to upgrade to version 5 http://secure.sparkbooth.com/store/upgrades/

    here is more info.
    On August 1, 2018, Facebook removed publish permissions for everyone and is
    no longer allowing posting of photos to personal accounts. Sparkbooth 4 uses the version of the Facebook service that requires publish permissions. Sparkbooth 5 uses a newer version that allows uploads Facebook business pages. You still will not be able to upload photos to personal accounts, but you can upload to a business page and then share the post as an article. But all that requires version 5. Any licenses purchased after July 1, 2016 will already be able to unlock Sparkbooth 5. If your license was purchased before, you can upgrade it at https://sparkbooth.com/upgrade. We have no control over what Facebook decides to do. This was all a response to the personal data leak they caused.
