ASAP- rushed delivery questions

Hi there,

I recently placed an order with you guys (Here is my tracking #084107548) And I paid fro rushed shipping and was guaranteed delivery before Sept 15. But I wanted to ask about the delivery because when I spoke with the delivery team, they were estimating arrival of Sept 17. Is there anyone that can please call me back at 541-740-4244 as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

    ??? There is no delivery ...
    When you pay through PayPal and the payment clears
    the PayPal system, you are sent an email with your license
    key information - you then need to download the version
    of the software that you purchased here
    https://sparkbooth.com/en/download/

    Open the downloaded software and use your license key
    and email to Unlock the Trial version to the full version.

    Not sure if you are posting to this web site and ordered
    something on another web site and got confused...

    BTW... I do not see any purchase from your email
    so I assume this was not the web site you ordered from.

    Hi there,

    I am a bit confused. It was purchased from the email [email blocked].
    I understand about the software and license number, which I received. However, I am referring to the actual photo booth itself. I found your website/link in the email I received, so I believe my order is through you guys. And I talked to the delivery team who could see the order as well (pilot delivers).

    I do not see any licenses under that email address. Also we do not sell
    physical photo booths. Maybe you got us confused with another company?
